At Pawsome Kittens, we are committed to ensuring the health and happiness of our kittens and the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to address these situations fairly and transparently. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Health Guarantee

We provide a health guarantee for all our kittens. If a kitten is found to have a serious health issue within 14 days of purchase, as verified by a licensed veterinarian, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement kitten, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your purchase before the kitten has been shipped, a full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • After Shipment: Once the kitten has been shipped, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as rehoming the kitten.

Refund Process

  1. Health Issues: To initiate a refund due to health issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your kitten. Provide a detailed report from a licensed veterinarian diagnosing the health issue. Once the health issue is verified, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement kitten.

  2. Cancellation Before Shipment: Contact us as soon as possible to cancel your purchase. We will process the refund, minus the administrative fee, within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Allergies: Refunds will not be issued for allergies to the kitten. We recommend ensuring all family members are not allergic to cats before making a purchase.
  • Personal Preferences: Refunds will not be issued for personal preference changes, such as size, color, or temperament of the kitten.
  • Failure to Follow Care Instructions: Refunds will not be issued if health issues arise due to failure to follow provided care instructions, including feeding, vaccination, and general care guidelines.

Return Policy

If you are unable to keep your kitten for any reason, please contact us. While we do not offer refunds in these cases, we will assist in rehoming the kitten. The well-being of our kittens is our top priority, and we want to ensure they find a loving home.
